How do I turn Auto-Advance on or off?

To turn Auto-Advance on or off in Run Lines

  1. Open your scene.
  2. Tap Run Lines from the Scene Menu.
  3. Swipe up from the bottom to open the control panel.
  4. Go to Advanced Settings.
  5. Tap Auto-Advance.

To turn Auto-Advance on or off in Self Tape

  1. Open your scene.
  2. Tap Self Tape from the Scene Menu.
  3. Tap the Auto-Advance button on the right-hand side of the screen.

How do I know Auto-Advance is on?

Auto-Advance is on when the button is highlighted orange.

In Run Lines, you’ll also see Auto appear in the top right of the control panel.

How do I know Auto-Advance is off?

Auto-Advance is off when the orange highlight disappears.

In Run Lines, the Auto label will also disappear from the control panel.

When should I use Auto-Advance?

Use Auto-Advance when you want Linus to keep moving after a short silence.

This can be useful when you’re self-taping, rehearsing hands-free, working on a longer line, or using it as a backup if Linus is not picking up your cue word.
