How do I rehearse a smaller part of a scene?

Written steps

1. Open your scene.
2. Tap Run Lines or Table Read.
3. Find the first line of the section you want to rehearse.
4. Swipe right on that line.
5. Tap the orange arrow pointing right to set the start point.
6. Find the last line of the section.
7. Swipe right on that line.
8. Tap the orange arrow pointing left to set the end point.
9. Press Play.

Linus will now run that smaller section only.

To repeat the smaller section

1. Swipe up from the bottom to open the control panel.
2. Tap Loop.
3. Check that Loop is highlighted orange.
4. Press Play.

When Loop is highlighted orange, Linus will keep repeating the selected section until you stop it.

When should I use this?

Use this when you want to:

• drill a difficult exchange
• practise one beat
• work on a specific cue
• repeat a small section
• focus on one part of the scene without running the whole thing
