What are Display Settings?

Where do I find Display Settings?

  1. Open your scene.
  2. Tap Run Lines from the Scene Menu.
  3. Tap the settings wheel in the top right-hand corner.
  4. Open Display Settings.

What do Display Settings control?

Font family

Use Font Family to choose the font used in your script view.

You can choose:

  • Courier
  • System
  • Open Dyslexic

Font size

Use Font Size to make the script text larger or smaller.

Text alignment

Use Text Alignment to choose whether your script text is aligned to the left or centre.

Line spacing

Use Line Spacing to choose how much space appears between lines.

You can choose:

  • Standard
  • Compact

Line View

Use Line View to choose how your own lines appear while rehearsing.

You can choose:

  • Default, which shows your full lines
  • Abbreviated, which shows the first letter of each word
  • Hide, which hides your own lines completely

When should I use Display Settings?

Use Display Settings when you want the script to be:

  • easier to read
  • less distracting
  • larger or smaller on screen
  • better suited to how you learn lines
  • more useful when testing yourself off book
