How can I add or edit action lines in my script?

To edit an action line

1. Open your scene.
2. Tap Table Read from the Scene Menu.
3. Find the action line you want to edit.
4. Tap the three dots on the right-hand side of the action line.
5. Tap Edit Action.
6. Edit the action text.
7. Tap Save.

To add a new action line

1. Open your scene.
2. Tap Table Read from the Scene Menu.
3. Find the line above where you want the new action line to appear.
4. Tap the three dots on the right-hand side of that line.
5. Tap Add Below.
6. Tap Add Line / Action Below.
7. Enter the action text.
8. Tap Add Action to save it.

When should I use action lines?

Use action lines when you want to add or keep track of:

• stage directions
• physical movement
• important beats
• silent moments
• actions you want to remember while rehearsing or self-taping
