What should I do if my self-tape did not save or won’t open?

Written steps

1. Do not delete the Linus app.
2. Open the scene you were recording.
3. Tap Self Tape from the Scene Menu.
4. Tap Preview in the bottom left-hand corner.
5. Check whether the recording appears in your self-tape takes.
6. Try opening the take if it appears in Preview.
7. Contact us through Live Chat in Linus if the take will not open, did not save, or the app crashed during recording.
8. Email [email protected] if you cannot access Live Chat.

If your self-tape did not save, will not open, or Linus crashed during recording, please do not delete the app.

Deleting the app may remove information that could help us understand what happened.
