  1. Open your scene.
  2. Tap Self Tape from the Scene Menu.
  3. Tap Preview in the bottom left-hand corner.
  4. Open the take you want to adjust.
  5. Tap the three-star icon to open Linus Studio.
  6. Choose a preset like Natural or Strong, or adjust the audio levels yourself.
  7. Tap Apply to hear your changes.
  8. Play the tape back to check the audio.
  9. Tap Done when you are happy with the result.

What does Linus Studio do?

Linus Studio helps you balance the audio of your recorded self-tape.

You can use it to adjust:

  • reader volume
  • your voice as the actor
  • background audio
  • ambience

When should I use Linus Studio?

Use Linus Studio if:

  • the reader is too loud
  • your voice is too quiet
  • the tape has too much background noise
  • the audio feels unbalanced
  • you want the tape to sound more polished before exporting

What are Natural and Strong?

Natural and Strong are preset audio settings.

Use them as starting points if you want a quick way to balance your tape.

After choosing a preset, tap Apply, then play the tape back to hear how it sounds.
