What should I do if my script is missing lines?

Written steps

1. Open the Scene Menu for the scene with missing lines.
2. Tap Run Lines.
3. Scroll to where the missing line should appear.
4. Tap the three dots on the line directly above where the missing line should go.
5. Tap Add Below.
6. Tap Add Line Below.
7. Enter the missing dialogue.
8. Assign the line to the correct character.
9. Tap Add Line to save it.

To copy a longer missing line from your script

1. Open Run Lines.
2. Tap the eye icon in the top right-hand corner to view the original script.
3. Find the missing line in the original script.
4. Hold your finger down on the text.
5. Drag to select the full line.
6. Tap Copy.
7. Close the script view.
8. Tap the three dots on the line above where the missing line should go.
9. Tap Add Below.
10. Tap Add Line Below.
11. Paste the copied dialogue into the dialogue box.
12. Assign the line to the correct character.
13. Tap Add Line to save it.

If lots of lines are missing

If your script is missing a lot of lines, it may be better to re-upload it rather than adding each line manually.

1. Go back to Upload.
2. Select your PDF script again.
3. Choose the pages you want to include.
4. Open Advanced Options.
5. Turn on Convert PDF Pages to Images.
6. Tap Upload Selected.

This can help Linus read trickier scripts more accurately, especially if the script has watermarks, scanned pages, unusual formatting, or complicated spacing.
