What is the Scene Menu?
Written steps
- Open a scene from your folder screen.
- Arrive at the Scene Menu. This is the main hub for that scene.
- Tap Run Lines if you want to rehearse out loud opposite the other characters’ voices.
- Tap Self Tape if you want to record the scene as an audition or self-tape.
- Tap Table Read if you want to listen to the scene being read aloud.
- Check your scene stats to see details like scene length, line count, rehearsal time, and completed runs.
- View previous self-tapes if you’ve already recorded tapes for that scene.
- Manage characters and voices from the character section.
- Tap the eye icon in the top right-hand corner to view the original uploaded script.
What can I do from the Scene Menu?
Run Lines
Use Run Lines when you want to rehearse the scene out loud and learn your lines.
Self Tape
Use Self Tape when you want to record the scene as a self-tape or audition.
Table Read
Use Table Read when you want to listen to the scene being read aloud.
Scene Stats
Use Scene Stats to see details like scene length, number of lines, rehearsal time, and completed runs.
Previous Self-Tapes
Use Previous Self-Tapes to view tapes you’ve already recorded for that scene.
Characters and Voices
Use Characters and Voices to manage the characters in your scene and choose or change their voices.
View Script
Tap the eye icon to view the script in its original uploaded form.
