There is no sound when I press play

First, check that your volume is turned up. On certain devices the volume works differently in Run Lines vs Selftape vs preview.

Also, make sure you don't have other audio playing, such as spotify, as this may interfere!

Go to Scene Home → Character Voices and tap Preview to test the voice audio.

If you hear it, return to Run Lines, press play again.
