Why can’t I see my script on another device?

What to check

Scripts only appear across devices when Cloud Sync is turned on.

First, go to the device where you originally uploaded the script and check whether the script has a green cloud with a tick.

If you don’t see the green cloud icon, the script has not been synced to Linus Cloud yet and is only available on that device.

Also make sure you are signed in to the same Linus account on both devices.

Written steps

  1. Open Linus on the device where you first uploaded the script.
  2. Go to Scripts.
  3. Find the script you want to access on another device.
  4. Tap the three dots beside the script title.
  5. Tap Enable Cloud Sync.
  6. Wait for the script to upload to Linus Cloud.
  7. Look for the green cloud with a tick beside the script.
  8. Open Linus on your other device.
  9. Make sure you’re signed in to the same Linus account.

Your script should now be available across your devices.

If it still isn’t showing

If your script still isn’t appearing on another device, contact us through Live Chat in Linus or email [email protected].

When you contact us, it helps to include:

  • the script name
  • the device where you uploaded it
  • the device where you can’t see it
  • whether the script has a green cloud with a tick
  • a screenshot of your script folder, if possible
