May Madness Terms & Conditions

May Madness is a limited-time Linus promotion running from May 1, 2026 to May 31, 2026. These terms explain who is eligible, how the promotion works, and when promotional access or subscription extensions apply.
Promotion Summary
During May 2026, eligible free users can claim complimentary access to Linus Pro for the remainder of the promotion period. Eligible existing Pro and Premium subscribers will receive a one-month extension to their next payment date.
1. Promotion Period
The May Madness promotion is available between May 1, 2026 and May 31, 2026. Unless otherwise stated, all references to the promotion period mean that full May 2026 campaign window.
2. Free Users
If you are on Linus' free plan during the promotion period, you may be eligible to claim complimentary access to Linus Pro inside the Linus app.
- The promotion must be claimed in the Linus app during May 2026.
- Claimed promotional access lasts only until May 31, 2026 and does not automatically renew.
- Promotional access is limited to one claim per eligible account.
- Promotional access is personal to your account, non-transferable, and has no cash value.
3. Existing Pro and Premium Subscribers
If you started a Pro or Premium subscription before May 1, 2026, you are eligible for a one-month extension to your next payment date as part of this promotion.
- This extension applies only to accounts with an active Pro or Premium subscription that began before May 1, 2026.
- Subscriptions started on or after May 1, 2026 are not eligible for the one-month extension.
- The extension applies to the next payment date only and does not entitle you to a cash refund, store credit, or any other payment.
4. Existing Pass Holders
If you are already using a 3-day, 7-day, or 30-day Linus pass during May 2026, you cannot activate the May Madness free access until your current pass expires.
- You may only claim the promotion after your current pass ends and while the May Madness promotion is still running.
- If your current pass remains active through or beyond May 31, 2026, you will not be able to separately claim promotional access for May Madness.
5. Eligibility and Availability
We may limit, refuse, or revoke promotional access where we reasonably suspect misuse, abuse, duplicate claims, or activity that breaches Linus' Terms of Service.
The promotion is subject to app availability, account status, and any applicable Apple App Store or Google Play billing rules.
6. Changes and Cancellation
To the extent permitted by law, Linus may amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion where necessary, including to address errors, misuse, technical issues, or legal or operational requirements.
